Statistics updated.

lacey drops to third place and mbouzada takes the lead.

Regarding the start and end dates of the games: We track them but that information is not used for anything beyond that. As the starting date we are now using the beginning of the first Strategy Phase but we did not always do that, I think. As bruno said, consistency does not matter in this case.

Nah it is pretty meaningless, but it is just a fun fact to keep track of. (The number of round is more meaningfull in my opinion. Games lasting longer than 8 rounds are sick)

I agree with setup not being part of the actual gametime. Round 1, Action 1 = start of the game. Win Condition = end of the game

I assumed the only reason you were tracking them was to give people an idea of how long games last. If this is the case, then setup should be included because that could take a few weeks.

Personally I would rather join a game when the GM has already made a pre-set map, and posts it on the forum in the recruitment thread.

This easily shaves off two weeks of setup, and can actually draw in players very quickly (look at the two recent "Resolution" games).

Two game have finished recently.

BGGB 14
Started: 05-Feb-2014
Completed: 17-Aug-2014
GM: shaunm

1 Zilfalon Winnu 9 VPs + SotT
2 donkcheson Saar 9 VPs (more planets)
3 rorshocker Naalu 9 VPs
4 jrsherfy Letnev 7 VPs
5 Sunchaser Hacan 6 VPs
6 snowleo (replacing NovaDave) Arborec 5 VPs

The End of Time
Started: 15-Jun-2013
Completed: 19-Aug-2014
GM: Arandor

1 Zhe Tiny Creuss 10 VPs
2 DaSquid Sol 8 VPs (more objectives claimed)
3 robinlambert Naalu 8 VPs
4 Chimera Arborec 5 VPs (more objectives claimed)
5 unrated (Scream/lacey) Yssaril 5 VPs
6 unrated (BlueInkAlchemist/Nekrimah) Xxcha 3 VPs

This was Zhe Tiny's third game, out of which he won two 6P games and came in second in an 8P game. That makes him to first place. Congrats!
Furthermore Zilfalon enters the ranking at place 11; everybody else drops a place or two.

Zilfalon and I are also new entries in the BGGB statistics, at places 4 and 2, respectively.

With the end of The End of Time, last game on our old site has concluded and the whole board will to locked soon (still readable, just no more posting permissions). More about that in a few days.

No offence Sunchaser, but I like shaun's way of announcing things way better! Maybe I should tell him I'm a girl... :p

New World 1 concluded today.

Xxcha pulled a pretty good diplomatic victory during assembly giving everyone 2 pts and them the game after everyone spend all their influence on leadership.

Game Start: Feb 19. (First Strategy Phase, though game started a few days earlier.)
Game End: Sept 12. (Round 7 Action Phase)
GM: jpsuchecki

Rickk: Xxcha-9 Pts +Shards of the Throne
Rorshocker: Hacan-9 Pts
Leoviscus: Naalu -7 Pts
Cojami: Nekro- 6 Pts
Snowleo: 1X- 5 Pts
Rifleman 77: Letnev- 4 Pts

Snowleo took over sometime in round 2 for Igord Kanoots so I think this game should count for him.

Oh, wow. I completely forgot to update the statistics for two whole weeks.

Now Game of Thrones has also ended. That means that now 42 games have been completed in this site and he previous one.

Started: 04-Mar-2014
Completed: 24-Sep-2014
GM: lacey
Rank Player Race VP Points
1 Arandor Hacan 10 15
2 Shogun Yssaril 8 10
3 PorkStewJoe Xxcha 6 6
4 unrated (JamesT/thor) Letnev 6 3
5 Nehkrimah Jol-Nar 5 1
6 marsman57 (Monticore) Creuss 4 0

Arandor's victory moves him back to 5th place (shared with jeffpoole). We have several new entries, the best ones being Nehkrimah and rorshocker at a shared 12th place.

Revenge of the Lazax concluded today in just under 4 months.

N'orr surprised us with an early end after jumping from 5 to 9 VP in round 5, claiming a homeworld for a secret objective and an artifact after everyone had passed, and held the Precurser Space Station.

Game Start: June 24th (Map construction.)
Game End: October 18th (Round 5 Status Phase)
GM: rickk

Rank. Player: Race - VP - Rank points
1. Capt. Picard: Norr - 9 Pts(and Precursor Space Station) - 15
2. Nehkrimah: Naalu - 7 Pts - 10
3. Sebaestschjin: Hacan - 4 Pts (more planets) - 6
4. Ark: Creuss - 4 Pts - 3
5. voSEir: Arborec - 3 PTs - 1
6. Aruze/ClydefrogXL: Muaat - 1 Pt - 0

Since Aruze only took over Muaat halfway through Round 4 I don't think this game should count for his ranking.

Statistics updated (finally). Sorry for the delay. I must have read the post when I was in Essen and then forgot about it.

There is not much movement among the players. Nehkrimah gains 2 places.

Among the top races Muaat drops 2 places.
