Its mine tribute for "Homeworld" PC game :roll:
(so many hours I lived in that real-3d virtual reality... :D )

Race abilities:
- They do Secondary of Production for free (not pay marker)
- Their Home System is where is flagship 'Mothership'* present (After building FS)

in case when player not have not own ships and with enemy ship with - its not destroy, but blocked in same was as space docks

- ??? - not build War Suns - instead build Second and Third Motherships (if main FS (mean first was built), was destroyed, Second will be Main for HS determine purpose)

Racial Techs:
1. Heavy Battle Cruisers:
Cruisers gets sustain, or maybe any other buff; any suggestions is welcome. Think about flavour of race :twisted:
2 - ??? Short Jump: teleporting of FS+ships with it, to any system without enemy ships, for 2 resources or 2 TGs. Place marker from reinforcements after jump. (it is not move; cannot bulid; no PDS fire)
3 - ??? Transports may build units (except DN and WS), if not move ? Production capacity 1 or 2. Or DNs instead transports ?
4 - ??? Gets additional TGs when play Prduction Strategy card from every Nebulas and Asteroid fields, that adjacent to activated system ? That was in PC game in some way)

Having a bit of trouble understanding where you are going here. Basically they do not have a homeworld except where the main flagship is when produced and instead of producing war suns they use the warsun models as sub-flagships?

How are opposing players supposed to achieve secret objectives in conquering a player's homesystem? They can't conquer your own homesystem due to the fact that they are forced to destroy the flagship which makes a system your homesystem. That gives this race an advantage in denying other players from acquiring homesystem conquest secret objectives towards this race. Granted, there is a minor setback in acquiring objectives for this race as you have to get the flagship early, unless you have it as a starting unit. Players can't acquire points without having a homesystem

Remember, the key to winning a game is receiving points, and objectives are the way to go to receive these points. Players need to acquire objectives frequent enough in order to keep up with other players.

Clan of Saar is immune to the "Merciless" Secret objective involving enemy space docks, a race denying an SO is not unprecedented.

There are three objectives, two public and one secret, that involve conquering or have ships in, enemy home systems. Meanwhile there are four public objectives involving controlling planets outside of the home system. If every system with a Mothership is a home system then this race would need to control more systems to complete those objectives because a greater percentage of their planets will be in home systems. Not impossible, but more difficult.

Additionally there are 2 preliminary objectives involving adjacent enemy systems. These objectives should theoretically be easier to obtain assuming the Mothership is used semi-aggressively and does not remain in the HS.

These trade offs and slight "buffs" to opponents seem reasonable. Thoughts?

obsidian_tower used a similar concept for his Quarian race in Mass Effect TI3. In his case, instead of using the flagship, he had a special token to represent the homeworld fleet. That might be worth considering.
