Need of new Promissory Notes

Hello everyone 07

our group start play with heavy homeruled games, and its really cool and worth it.
Few days ago I played first with Alternate Tech Tree - and it is awesome!

But Politics is lame duck still is. (we play without Repr-s, but with many PC opened on table and vote for 2)

But really need to add few NEW promissories.

I managed create one of:
"Scientistic Collaboration"
- in general sense, that is so - one player play card and choose Technology instead of second. But he must pay 4 resources or TG to second player. (if resources - they will convert to TGs)
But question - what technology first player may choose ... one of second player techs, any, or only that will be choosed by second
or too harsh by your opinion ?

I am going on think for additional promissories instead of "Support Throne" and protection .
So think about opportunity for exhausting planet in favor of other player (and it will be use in Strategy phase - naming of (non-home ?) planet)
or too weak ?

oh, yet another idea.

Promissory for trade "rearrangement":
You may force player brake one TA and immediately create it with you (in way in circumvention of the basic rules)
